Professor Owen's rooms are in North Sydney. North Sydney is that part of Sydney North of the famous harbour which runs in from the Pacific Ocean East to West.
In a quiet garden suburb, the excellently appointed Castlecrag Private Hospital caters for patients with an unmatched care and consideration. They are used to assisting International visitors from literally all over the planet. There is a good cook and an adequate cellar and the nursing staff is pleasantly "old style", used to back rubs and massage.

Sydney Australia The largest most cosmopolitan city in Australia. Site of the Year 2000 Olympic Games. Known for its Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Wonderful Harbour, Great All Year Round Weather, Kangaroos, Koalas, Cleanliness and Friendliness and of course Home of Microsurgery.

Beautiful Location On the East Coast, Separated only from North and South American Continents by the Pacific Ocean. 13 hours non stop direct flight from Los Angeles or San Francisco, and 7 hours from Singapore. Sydney Airport is right in the centre of Sydney, on Botany Bay, landing place of Captain Cook who is credited with discovering Australia, the "Great South Land" in 1770. But of course La Perouse the famous French navigator's three ships had departed from the same harbour before this, and Dutch Ships had discovered the land one hundred or more years before.

If you haven't discovered Sydney Australia yourself, what a treat awaits you when you visit.
